Clear Lake Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. However, Dr. Holcomb or a staff member is available for emergency calls 24 hours a day and can be reached by calling our office number, 281-338-7700. We are located in Webster, Texas at 17448 Hwy 3, Suite 170. Link to map. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday. We realize that your time is very valuable, and we will make every effort to see that Dr. Holcomb sees you in a timely manner. However, due to the nature of our specialty, if an emergency such as dental or maxillofacial trauma should arise, it may be necessary to delay or reschedule your appointment. If this should become necessary, we will keep you well informed. If you should need to reschedule your appointment at any time, please contact our office at 281-338-7700 or by fax: 281-338-7703.
